My name is Margarita Kettman.
I’m called “MAIA” (ma-ee-yah) by those who know me.
I strive to create meaningful user centered designs or products that make others feel empowered and heard. I like to express creative positivity not only in design but in everything that I do. I try my best to empathize and use a thoughtful process to work with others, build relationships, and make a difference in people’s lives any way that I can.
My foundation in human centered design and user experience stems from many years working in education - primarily in Early Childhood Education. To be able to really listen and understand what a person wants and needs is a gift that I am proud to have carried with me through years of experience that I am now able to practice in my work as a designer.
